Refund Policy
Overview
At Suvarna, we take great care in cleaning, sorting and packing every order before it leaves our facility. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. This Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work.
Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are food staples, we are only able to accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, leaking or spoiled on arrival
- You received the wrong product or wrong quantity
- The product is defective or materially different from what was described on our website
Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging, so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used food products unless they are damaged, spoiled, incorrect or defective as described above. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you've received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 97312 67236 or through our Contact page
- Share your order number along with photos/video of the product and its packaging
- Our team will review the issue and confirm a replacement or refund, whichever is more suitable
How to Request a Refund
Once your return/replacement request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a pickup of the item, or simply process the refund/replacement based on the evidence shared, without requiring you to ship the product back.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI, so we may ask for your bank/UPI details to complete the refund. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange (for example, a different pack size) instead of a refund for an eligible issue, let us know when you reach out and we will do our best to accommodate it, subject to stock availability.
