Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners. Serviceability for a particular pin code is confirmed automatically at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all prepaid and COD orders above Rs.999
  • A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below Rs.999, calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location:

  • Karnataka & neighbouring states: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days
  • Remote or difficult-to-access areas: may take a few additional days

These timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via SMS, email and/or WhatsApp, so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
